The continent of Elarion once basked in the light of twin suns. Then a royal experiment shattered the sky, and the Veilwas born — a living fog that devours names, memories, and direction. Seven towers still hold it back, their embers called the Dawn Cinders. One by one, they're going out.

You wake with no past and no name, guided only by Luma, a lantern-fairy who never lets you lose your way... even though she's keeping a secret of her own. Cross a fog-choked continent by airship, riverboat, and mist-runner train, gather seven dying flames, and decide what happens when the Faceless Queen finally erases everyone's memories for good — including yours.

• ~40 hours of story-driven exploration across a large, hand-composed overworld — no padding, every hour built on a discovery, a choice, a fight, or new access.
• A guide you can actually trust (mostly): Luma always tells you where to go next, so you're never stuck — but the world still hides shortcuts and secrets for players who go looking.
• Turn-based combat with a twist: exploit enemy weaknesses to build the Veil Momentum meter and unleash cinematic party finishers. Every boss telegraphs its moves and has more than one way to beat it.
• A cast worth building around: six recruitable characters — a shape-shifting swordsman, an engineer with drones and turrets, an archivist who reads enemy weaknesses, a witch who controls the battlefield, a tanky diver, and Luma herself — with branching skill trees and a bond system that unlocks combos and story scenes.
• Big adventure, bigger transportation: sail airships, riverboats, mist-drawn carriages, and underground trains as you unlock new regions.

Gothica is built for players who love spooky atmosphere, lore, and mystery — not extreme horror. Expect flickering lanterns, whispering wells, shifting house layouts, and crows on tombstones, not jump-scare-a-minute shock content.
